At HYCOO, we are dedicated to providing high-quality items. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receiving your item. Any request after this period will not be honored.
- Defective Products: Manufacturing defects or quality issues.
- Wrong Product: Receiving an item different from what you ordered.
- Condition: Must be in original condition with all labels and packaging.

Refunds: Processed within 1-2 business days after inspection. Credits typically take 7-15 days to appear on your account.
Exchanges: No additional handling fees for model or size exchanges. We will guide you through the seamless process.
Quality Issues: Full refund including return shipping costs.
Personal Preference: If the return is due to personal reasons (wrong color/style choice), the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. No handling fees apply.
